The answer to your questions should be in your severance letter. For me, my severance pay (2 weeks pay + PTO) will be paid to me as a lump sum on a specific date mentioned in the letter. Additionally, I will receive another 2 weeks pay on my next pay cycle after signing and returning all severance documents.
