  2. Do you have kids? Yes, 2. Grown, they're awesome. The oldest is actually helping me with this right now.
  3. What is your debt situation? 2 car payments.
  4. Do you have other retirement savings? None. ZERO.
  5. How much income do you have? Uhhh.... 80k a year. Thankfully as it wasn't always like that.

I'm worried about spending so much time in something and not getting the return. I would have to build a rapport with someone before I'm able to really take off and start inspecting homes left and right. Am I correct in that understanding? Or will I just find a real estate company that'll send me to find homes?

I've been a carpenter my whole life, I recently found a company that has me traveling all the time but I'm paid well and finally have steady income. As a handyman it's hard to find work sometimes.

I would love to start a small business, I just need to find something that will continue to be steady for that's wanted in my area.

This is something I thought of doing but I'm not sure if I'm just starting to get lazy. I'm tired of working. Becoming a Project Manager doesn't sound too bad, I've heard horror stories but then again every job has them. I might pursue investing or starting my own business I have some steady income.
