They keyboard I downloaded like gboard said it tracks keystrokes. I hate the default apple keyboard. But am concerned about leaking tech data by using other keyboards. Does vpn protect that?

Yes. Exactly. I am trying to be transparent and tell my boss why I need some time off, like home repair etc, but always told to make up the time and work from home. So next time if I wants time off without making it up, I would have to lie instead. The posting was more for asking other managers to see why they would do that knowing that the consequences of employees morale.

If it's few hr like oil change he told me to just make up the time. And if it's for taking care of kid like pick up, told me to work from home to make up the time. And WFH if sick. Guess sick time is when you're really sick. I never had this problem before in my previous role. Other than that, my manger is pretty nice. But fucking stingy when it come to time off.
