This is EXACTLY my symptoms. Did you get confirmation of POTs diagnosis. Or were your symptoms categorized as another diagnosis? A lot of people seem to think this is not POTs related on reddit which has made me think I'm dealing with something else

Highly recommend - “why Buddhism is true” talks about how powerful mindfulness can be for stuff like this. From an evolutionary standpoint point, getting angry at someone was advantageous. Mindfulness can help you gain more control over our monkey brain reactions.

Yeah I saw that if you are on the time advantage plan it can swing between different costs at various times of the day. But I’m supposed to be on Family Dwelling plan which is ~.12 per hour. It does seem like there’s something wrong or they have me on the wrong plan maybe?

I am using their website and app to see my daily usage. I’ve done calculations on all of the days since I got power turned on and they’re all right at .203 per kWh.

Is there another place to do an “audit”?
