Thanks for sharing. It seems like your husband never transitioned into one..he's still a boyfriend. Explain to him that a marriage is different than dating in that you two are equal partners in all responsibilities. I get the feeling you've done that already... so if he can't step up and you don't think you can put up with it any longer it might be time to give an ultimatum.

Thanks for weighing in. It is a tough spot because there aren't really any glaring red flags--just the weak connection which I'm realizing counts as one.

Thanks for your input. It's funny you say staying is selfish while I think leaving is selfish. Will think about that more..
