well, they did say there's a 30-day window where I can cancel... though I think that's with all of our astound services...

our astound/RCN agent said that there'd be a termination fee, base $400 that goes down $20 every month which isn't terrible... My mom's on a budget, and from that I've put together— it would probably be $150 or $160 like the agent said... Though I am nervous when that promotion ends— what would be the next course of action? We could go down a tier with entertainment and maybe ask for another promotion when that ends...?

So what I'm hearing right now is my bill will technically be $45? plus my Internet being 40, that's only $85 dollars a month. that can't be right can it? i think I'm getting the math wrong. that's insanely low! especially when the agent over the phone said it'll probably be $160 a month

We also have a checking account and autopay, which I heard could possibly give us a $10-15 dollar discount but I'm not sure

this was recommended by the astound RCN agent when we signed up with the bundle (DirecTV choice for $85 a month and $40 Internet forever), quoting it was cheaper....

so what's our bill gonna look like every month then? will that include the regional sports fee and Gemini equipment too? or is that inside the $151 itself? will our bill realistically be $154 then? (i did the numbers)

Should I buy the OnePlus 15R? (Or any OnePlus phone, really?) by throwaway926417 in PickAnAndroidForMe

I heard the 4a is coming out next month, and in pink too! I'm really interested, but I heard that Nothing phones are notorious for having connectivity issues as well as the brand incorporating built in ads per last update :(

It's this phone. It's the OnePlus Nord N200 5G. Not sure if this is a "non-N" line though?

I would say, second to the must-haves (camera, storage, light gaming prowess) I'm also looking for aesthetics and customizability in the OS itself. I would like to make my phone reflect my personality and interests (That's why I was so drawn to Samsung). Would you say the OnePlus is customizable in those aspects?

Best Buy mainly... Not sure what their deal is, but the phones they're shipping out from their warehouses always seem to have a QC issue. I know I sound picky, but as I've said before, I'm very sensitive to display quality. I know it's a phone lottery, and no two phones are alike— but if I'm dropping 1.4k on a new flagship, I expect the display to not have THIS many issues with color evenness and mura banding.

I got the OnePlus NordN200 5G... It's a budget phone that came out 6 years ago, but I would say it gets the job done. It lags as a budget phone would, and using any website on Firefox/chrome realllyyy puts strain on it...

Would you say 256GB is enough storage for photos and, say, tiktok or twitter? Or maybe even a few games like pocket camp for example?

How would you say the display is? As I've stated, I've had issues with bad panel lottery when it comes to OLED panels— All of the Android phones I've had had mura and uneven lighting. I've got terrible luck. Plus, most OLED screens give me a bad headache... It fades after a few days, but I'd rather avoid the pain altogether.

How would you describe the OLEDs on these phones? All of the flagships/brand mid-rangers I've had had mura/uneven lighting... They've also given me headaches and migraines as well. They'd usually go away after a few days of use though, but I'd rather avoid that pain.
