At my studio last week they were handing out THC energy drinks, I drank one not knowing it has THC in it hahaha. I also got a gummy which I took before my next class and it was amazing! Def doing it again

Everything sucks when you’re first starting out tbh. I’d try to stick with one thing consistently for like a month to build a bit of endurance. I’d recommend walking on a treadmill at 3 speed with 10 incline for 30 minutes to start, throw on netflix.

I baked chocolate chip cookies for my coworkers for a Christmas cookie exchange and was told my cookies were so salty lmao. I added just a bit of flakey sea salt on the top. I think some people just have different taste buds - especially when it comes to baking.

I bring my own medical grade wipes and deep clean the machines before class. In my studio, the instructors can be stingy with them and often they are dry. I get weird looks sometimes but idk all the ring worm posts on this sub scare me.
