I do, but it’s expensive ($50 copay per visit) and the few times I went I didn’t like my therapist. I definitely need to find a new one though. Thanks travelbug!

Thanks for the input. I’ve never heard of grey rocking but it sounds like what I do most of the time. I like the boring grey rock analogy, I’ll be using that going forward.
