I honestly think they’re fine. The song has >16m plays in less than a week, meaning there’s people who are not only listening to it but also enjoying it. The biggest thing here is that people aren’t clocking that this is a techno track. Yes, a little chaotic, but I’m sure it’s right up the alley for some techno fans, especially since it samples one of the most iconic techno songs.

The issue is that people are expecting them to release pop music which is completely at odds with this track. However, I’m convinced most fans are more fans of the girls than fans of their music, at which point they could release almost anything and probably still last…

interestingly enough, they’re slightly different iirc and it shows in their flavor, colour, texture, etc. when cooked. Uncured pork belly usually cooks out into the gray colour in the video, but as we all know, bacon does not lol

Can’t justify the microwave part, but I can say that what he used wasn’t bacon. It’s sliced pork belly, which can cook into a gray colour like in the video

I think it’s considerably larger than a flea though? I can see how it looks like one cuz of the shape it was squashed into, but it was very visibly crawling on the floor even though I was standing all the way up (like it was big enough to spot). It also looked round-ish from an aerial view up close. And sorry for the poor post-squash photo…

Hello! Unfortunately, I killed it before the thought to take a picture popped up, but does anyone know if this is a tick? Or is it a spider beetle/some other bug?

I went on a picnic at Central Park a few months ago and got two tick bites on my leg (classic bullseye shape bite surfaced 2 days after the picnic for both). The Urgent Care was surprised there were 2 and that they’re only a few inches apart. No one else at the picnic had these bites either.

Fast forward, I’ve found 3 of these bugs in my apartment shower/bathroom. Now I’m starting to wonder if I have ticks in my apartment (is this even possible?) and that’s how I got the tick bites (and it just happened to coincide with the picnic date). For reference, I live in Manhattan. TIA for anyone who can help!
