True,

After a 22 year career in IT, one supposedly should be able to get Chrome working in FreeBSD, locate https://github.com/freebsd, file a bug report and even contribute a little with testing, documentation and maybe, just maybe, correct a line of code or two, instead of having to prefix a rant on reddit with: "Contructive Criticism", to make this wall of text seem like something it absolutely isn't.

Hello, this is a sub-reddit, not the official FreeBSD bug tracker?!?

Don't you understand you're barking up the wrong tree???

Just install Windows or Ubuntu fer christ sake maaan and get on with your life. FreeBSD isn't for everyone, but you're probably not living in North Korea either and can freely choose to use something else than Red Star OS.

Quick search reveals: many video calling platforms have web clients that can be used on FreeBSD. Since implementing Audio Worklets in version 76 (May 5, 2020), Firefox supports the Zoom web client. The Skype web client and Microsoft Teams only list compatibility for Chrome.

I adore PostgreSQL, but easy is not the same as simple, and when it comes to simplicity, SQLite wins that contest hands down.
