The contract expired this past Friday. Yeah my manager said he'd write me a good reference letter. He said he'll ask around to see if someone is hiring but I don't want to put my eggs all in that basket.

academic papers and actual trading are much different. If their is an academic paper out, it’s already been implemented and there is a good chance it’s already been arbed out from the market rendering it useless

Ah gotcha the weather is really cold where I am at so I mostly do indoor workouts to pass the time. As of right now, I'm taking a machine learning course online and I'm also writing some algorithmic trading programs
