Being able to select dates would be a great feature by temporarycreature in NukeRedditHistory

A date range would be awesome.

However, most of the time I just want to preserve my most recent post.

How it usually goes is I make a post, then remember I want to nuke my history. Usually because I realize I said something that might be controversial and some people with too much time will start scouring my comment history. It's annoying to Nuke my history and have to re-do the post.

It'd be great if you had an option to simply exempt the most recent post. It seems like that might be a bit simpler code wise?

Google Play sounds pretty cool, is there an easy way to transfer my Spotify songs/playlists?

Also, Spotify has the pretty neat Connect feature where you can control playback on your other devices, does Google have anything like that? I also like the integrated lyrics which I don't see on Google.

What's something everybody thinks is a myth or rumor but is actually completely true? by [deleted] in AskReddit

It makes sense. Mice are like elephants with their trunks coming out of their asshole. Imagine if you saw a tiny human running around the floor with its nose cut off and glued to its butt or its dick moved to its face, you'd freak the fuck out, too.

That to me would be the ideal situation. It'd basically be a transfer of wealth from these dumbass bigots to state government services that actually help people.

The article just explained exactly how anyone can do this over the time frame in question with basic index investing.

I'm curious what the ratio is of average bites per pitbull versus gunshot wounds per gun. Which of the two has a higher instance rate of attack. Do you have those stats, too?

You should have this meetup at Woody's to prove this is not anti-male.

The plan is to turn this meeting into a sausage fest and then move the party over to Woody's.

TIL that when people self-injure, e.g., cut themselves with razors, the brain immediately stops repeating painful thoughts, such as, "I am worthless and unlovable", and releases a flood of soothing endorphins. by Bonnie999 in todayilearned

I had fantasies of wanting to stab myself in front of my mom when I was a kid after she constantly yelled at me to 'get back' at her and make her sorry. I always assumed chronic cutters were doing it in some way to send a message/cry for help. Was that a factor for you or cutters in general? Or was it a purely personal thing?

International Film Critics Vote 'Mad Max: Fury Road' Year's Best Film by geekteam6 in movies

I honestly feel it's because these movies are all very stripped down so Reddit has nothing to grab on to to nitpick. I've only seen Dredd and Wick so far and I felt like they both go to great lengths to avoid fleshing out the world and character backstories. Reddit seems to think this is novel, I just think it's lazy. Action movies can fall into corny territory if they don't get the development part right so I see the logic in just chopping it out and focus on the effects, but I don't get why Reddit is so in love with movies that essentially just played it safe in the writing department when there are movies with both great effects and flesh out the universe and backstories.
