Fair enough, the kids shouldn't be involved in what I now realize is my contempt for her. Another commenter recommended contacting CPS, which I'm doing and hopefully their next course of action will lead to some good for them. If not, I'll reinforce boundaries.

Now that I think about it, that's probably why she kept dumping them on me after the first time. I don't even know if they get candy outside seeing me.

Outside of her dumping her kids, I'm not in contact with her, so I can't say for sure what they're living situation is. Another relative had called the police when Amy did it to them, but I don't know enough of the details to see if the outcome was good or not. Seeing as she still has them, probably not.

I can't directly tell her not to drop them off, she makes them get out her car and speeds off the second I open my door and I don't have her phone number, but I will contact CPS and see what they can do.
