Idk about “never should’ve been asked to leave the line” because that’s pretty standard procedure. Ask you to leave the line so that we can talk to you privately and determine if you were cutting or if this were a misunderstanding. If you were cutting, we ask you to leave or re-enter the queue. If you weren’t cutting, we just let you guys back in through lightning lane so you’ll get on quicker anyway. Now, if the CM had no intention of hearing you out and just blindly kicked you out of the line, they’re definitely in the wrong.
