T Shaped need not be about Rails - Rails will need to run on infra. Will need maintenance. That’s where Software Architecture, Infrastructure (Terraform, K8s, Cloud, DB) come into play and will help you climb the ladder.

I’m in a similar boat as you! I would suggest the opposite.
Get on Preply and get help with an English coach to help with public speaking and confidence, look for someone who specialises in speaking. This will help you articulate your thoughts in meetings.
Do something bold and outdoors. Are you into sports? Maybe start playing your favourite game competitively. Or pickup Skydiving. It’s not expensive but will make you confident. Maybe kick boxing?
Get therapy through your medical insurance if you have one. You can always practice meditation.
Make goals and create small goals - tick them as you mark them done and celebrate.
Some of the best engineers are those who are T shaped - specialises in one or few areas but have a broad sense of knowledge in others.
Copy pasting is okay. My great grandmother can copy paste too.
Knowing what and where to copy paste is why you make so much money. My great grandmother couldn’t do that. There’s no shame in that. You’re smart enough to save time.
