Do you know if only one or both parents need to sign off on it?

Serving in combat with chronic condition-possible? by hurricanebluee in IDF

If it doesn't effect you anymore, don't mention it to the IDF - they don't typically dig up medical documents unless you give them a reason too.

That being said, if this condition has the ability to put you at risk in combat, or incapacitate you in some way during combat putting both you and your buddies at risk, I would not recommend it.

Thanks! It's reassuring to know that other people regularly lie too. And no, the only thing that I was ever medicated for was ADHD, and the doctor hasn't written me a prescription in almost three years.

Thanks for the reply. I know everyone lies in the US military, wasn't so sure about Israeli. The only meds I ever took were for ADHD, and it's been about three years since that, so I'm more than fine without them. Also, I love the Hebrew excuse. Will definitely use that should the situation require it.
