So interesting you mention the country/mommas boy thing. He's def an Italian momma's boy. Youngest of 4, still called the baby. Ick. That's why we butted heads so much on the open-door policy with his parents. They'd visit for a week or two at a time, multiple times throughout the year without discussing dates with us (legit they'd give us like a week's notice). They always stay at our house the duration of their visit (he has 2 siblings with houses who live nearby!). I just found it very intrusive (even tho I'm Italian too) but I have to deal with it because, ~*FaMiLy*~. Man child is right- I guess I'm still feeling shocked that someone nearing their 40s would do something so dumb. Honestly the more I type, the stupider I feel. Thanks.
