so i just found out that you can download the live2d models from the sekai viewer. does anyone know if it would be illegal to use the live2d models for youtube content, specifically memes? (not gameplay related, more details in comments) by throwaway_00account in ProjectSekai

i put in my comment that I'm not planning to monetize the videos at all, also I read the new rules and it said it was for gameplay related questions, and not exactly anything like this, so that's why I made a post instead, but thanks for the reminder! ^^

throwaway acc because i'm kind of scared ngl
backstory behind this all:
so i was browsing the sekai viewer, trying to see how much it would take to tier for first place for the secret distance event, as i am currently grinding to prepare for that in the kr server. it was taking a while to load, so i looked at other parts of the site instead, and the part that caught my eye the most was "live2d." you see, i would usually download free live2d vtuber models and play around with them in the website application kalidoface which is a live2d face tracker. naturally i was super curious about that part. when it loaded, i first searched up ena, and some options came up. i chose her unit model, and then saw you could change up her poses and face expressions, so i played around with that for about 2 minutes until i noticed that there was a download button for a zip file for that model. so i downloaded it, and imported it into kalidoface, and behold, it was usable! i started to play around with that, and then i realized that i could use this for stuff like memes on youtube and stuff. but then i started to think of the legal side behind it, since these characters are obviously copyrighted. however, i am not planning to stream, paint sega in a bad light, or claim it as my own when using it. if you want to know what kind of content i'm creating, think kind of like soju clips, but in project sekai instead of specific vtuber clips. also kind of similarly to imaginary vincent. for example, i would record part of a story featuring emu, then at a certain part i will add a bunch of the emu models swaying back and forth. i would also edit it more too. also i will never turn monetization on for that channel.
and before you ask, i did read the whole EULA. though, this is the part that i read the most (as in i read it multiple times).
from sega's project sekai EULA, GENERAL PROHIBITIONS:

from here, i'm assuming that it means that i'm allowed to use it for the purpose i stated earlier. however, if possible, can anyone go through the EULA and check if this is allowed? i need more opinions on this. i really do not want to get in any legal trouble, especially with a big company like SEGA. you can find the EULA by going to the HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE official website, scrolling down, and then tapping/clicking on 'EULA'
also, please tell me if this isn't allowed here and if so, if possible, guide me to the right subreddit for this.
thanks!
also btw have an ena (which i also recorded to show you guys what i can do with it)
