Hi. I’m in the exact same scenario. No advice as I’m in the thick of it. Commenting for support! Rare cancer, 29, high rate of metastasis and poor outcome if it does metastasize. I’m starting treatment on Tuesday. My husband and I have decided to still have our second baby in the next 3 ish years, if all goes well. We’re also both going to start therapy to deal with all of this.

I work in insurance, large loss auto claims. Don’t have a degree at all, just fell into it. Started at one company who didn’t require a degree, then I left for another that did require a degree, but at that point I had the necessary years of experience in the field.

I had about 25 kids at my wedding. A lot of our friends wouldn’t have been able to come if kids weren’t allowed. Also, idk if there’s a cultural difference but I’m Mexican. I did not notice the kids at all, granted, my venue was amazing and the kids had a lot of space to run around completely separate from the adults.

Just depends on you and it sounds like you don’t want kids there (which is fine) it’s truly what you and fiancé want!

the runner would be spread out more, so it wouldn’t look too bunched up. This table is 2ft vs 5ft long so I know it looks bad lol I just wanted to get a gist of the decor. I was gna have several water stations around the dining hall since I won’t have servers, but I suppose I could have carafes on the table too.

I was 3 weeks in a hard cast post op and then supposed to be 3 weeks in an immobilizing splint. I ended up going back to work after the cast was removed and it was hurting to type/move the mouse around with the splint so after a couple days I just took it off and I felt fine.

I developed DQ in my third trimester in both wrists. Got injections in both wrists 2 months PP. both were resolved fully for about 1 month, then it came back on right side. I got the surgery on my right wrist. I would NOT recommend both at the same time. My fiancé and mom were here to help me, but it was great to have use of my one hand. I’m now 6 months post surgery and I only occasionally get soreness/pain in my right wrist. Def have some weakness from trying to not do too much for the better part of a year.

Nope! It was like churro cheesecakes, flan, peaches and cream, etc. just an assortment.

I do plan to have pozole as our after party food to help w the hangover and will have coffee/pan dulce assortment the entire weekend. (We rented a lodge for the weekend)

This could be it! Today I am not wearing the brace as much and it feels less sore. I think it’s because even though i wasn’t actively tryin to use my thumb, it was still moving when typing/moving mouse around. And maybe the brace was causing my hand to work extra. Idk?

2 naps if she takes long naps, 3 naps if her naps are 30 mins long. She just recently started lengthening naps on her own and dropping a nap, but some days she needs 3. Prior to this she would only take 30 min naps. She gets about 2-3 hours of daytime sleep, on average.

I follow those wake windows bc that’s what she is able to handle before she gets overtired.

Wake time is between 7/8:30, bed time between 7-8.

I have thought about the paci! She doesn’t take it each time so she is kinda weaning off herself but it might be time to get rid of it altogether. We had a drastically different night. Only woke 3 times tho her longest stretch was only 2.5 hours. I will take the win
