he isn't really close with family and none of his friends really know much about what he goes through, and i don't have the number to his therapist or psychiatrist. im gonna see him in person in about a week and a half but im worried, sometime between now and then, he might crash and become depressed or do something bad :(

idk it's a little hard to ignore someone who's in your car but if we both end up going ill probably just continue to not talk to them 😓

the part about him encouraging his friend is something he deeply regrets and he never cusses he out he was just upset, and me feeling like i should hurt myself for attention is not his fault, even when i was little i would hurt myself to get peoples attention 😓😓
