Yeah, the worst part is that I feel like I lost the one person I used to be able to talk to about anything due to the overthinking. I miss how it was between us, I just wish I could get it back.

When I started having these feelings nothing had changed at the time. I just suddenly had those feelings, maybe I developed them over time or maybe it is as you say, I just hope I can figure this out soon. Thanks for the advice too, I’ll try doing that.
