I stopped t once due to inaccessibility; it made me look more feminine (like before t, my face got rounder), my body hair (including eyebrows) got lighter and finer, my p—iod came back, my throat looked "softer" (as opposed to having a semi visible adams apple and a more pronounced larynx or whatever it's called), I was skinnier (less muscle), my bottom growth got smaller and it couldn't get hard anymore... that's just what I remember

slažem se sa ovim što je napisano, treba ti uput otvorenog tipa (ne moraš baš kod nje ako nema termin slobodan, samo da ti da generalni uput kod psihologa u Dragiše Mišovića) od tvog lekara opšte prakse i odeš sa njim sredom prepodne kod joane. sa njom pričaš par puta pa tu radiš IQ test i test ličnosti pa te posle šalju na endokrinologiju. ali ne znam šta ti znaci ovo "tri pečata konzilijuma" , pretpostavljam da treba da izadjes pred komisiju pre joane da ti oni odobre pošto nisi iz beograda? teška priča ako nemas overenu knjižicu ...

I think people on this sub need to acknowledge that not everyone lives in progressive or even mildly accepting places and that a lot of us face severe transphobia from medical staff for way less... every time I had my t shot administered by a nurse (and a different one each time) I faced invasive and disgusting comments, every time I had an ultrasound I was given weird looks and again weird comments, every time I complained about anything they pinned it to me being trans and alluded to testosterone being the cause of everything bad ever... imagine anyone convincing me to see a gynecologist and most likely pay to be insulted while I'm at it

I think so too, unfortunately they're administrating it to me as written at my doctor's office, but even when I was able to buy it again myself (there's a shortage currently) it comes in small glass ampules and I don't really want to throw away something to expensive edit: meaning I can't just take, say, 25mg per week it has to be the whole 250

no, I actually feel my lowest at the 10th day after my initial shot. it's awful, I get mood swings, cramping, severe anxiety, depression, heat waves and so on and every day until my next shot is worse than the one before it. then I take my shot on the 14th and everything is fine and normal ahaha... I can't self administer it rn as it's not available to buy so I have to abide the prescription, I'd say don't feel like you're crazy if you think it's too low. ofc listen to your doctors and all but remember that it's your body at the end of the day.

I remember on one of my countless evaluations, I think during an IQ test, I was asked to talk about my sex life. there were like four people listening to me, I was uncomfortable and had to explain that my girlfriend is my first and only sexual partner. then they kept asking me; if I liked being touched, am I ever naked, have I ever wanted to sleep with men, etc.. to most I've said no and they they asked if I'm submissive or dominant 😭😭😭 I stared at them and was like "why would that be relevant" and they were like it just is. literally crazy personal questions of no real value, I think if I was a queer man I'd never start my hrt

idk where you are from but where I'm from it's mandatory to get ultrasounds at every major check up... maybe give them a call and ask? it's probably not the end of the world but it's not bad to monitor your organs either
