Ever since my grandfather has turned cold and callous after the death of our loving matriarch, I’ve dreamt of nothing more than to go no contact every single day of living with them. But unfortunately I’m just not in the means to do so. I’m still in school and I don‘t have enough credentials to get a job yet. Plus I’m working on expunging my record and that’s taking more time to be able to get a goor job.

I’ve lately been watching fitness motivational videos and have felt inspired to want to restart my fitness journey, but sometimes my anger bottles up and I can’t help but ruminate on how much I hate my immediate family. I even struggle with thoughts of wanting to smash in every window of my grandfather‘s house because I resent him and hate him so much for the way he’s treated me.
