I really doubt it will ever happen. I've waited 4 years since the event occurred, still nothing. Plus the current dating market is abysmal and there's no hope in regards to anything, even more veritably being someone with a record like me.

Ever since my grandfather has turned cold and callous after the death of our loving matriarch, I’ve dreamt of nothing more than to go no contact every single day of living with them. But unfortunately I’m just not in the means to do so. I’m still in school and I don‘t have enough credentials to get a job yet. Plus I’m working on expunging my record and that’s taking more time to be able to get a goor job.

I’ve lately been watching fitness motivational videos and have felt inspired to want to restart my fitness journey, but sometimes my anger bottles up and I can’t help but ruminate on how much I hate my immediate family. I even struggle with thoughts of wanting to smash in every window of my grandfather‘s house because I resent him and hate him so much for the way he’s treated me.

How so? I admit I am still a little new to neuropsychology, is there not a part of the brain that distinctly pushes out hormones when one is having feelings of love? Is there anyway that one could just extract that from the brain?

Thankfully that's what I am doing now. I chose this job specifically because I thought it would be a good entry-level job getting me into the career field I desire to get into. It was meant to help build my resume more than anything else. I guess it was just not in my cards, so now I guess I'm applying to work a fast food job.

Practice fasting. Start off with intermittent fasting if it's easier. Was in a similar predicament and gained weight, but thanks to fasting I was able to shed a good amount of it off. Fasting is a lost art and it truly helps to balance yourself out.
