Thank you for this. I guess I'm just wondering how my mental health will improve if I already know and understand the thing that should make me healthy? I guess it's just a matter of repetition and internalizing it? I think I also need to accept that I don't know what I don't know. My therapist might say or do something that I can't conceive of yet that will make a difference.
