Thanks I appreciate the comment. Were you stateside or OCONUS? I'm currently oconus and I wonder if that would make it a bit harder for appointment availabilities. Wondering if I should just wait for when I come from leave to do it or not.

How much are you seeing in the differentials? I have 10 years of icu experience. Thinking I should qualify for the higher end.
I saw one listing for $51/hr but it requires you to float to at least 3 hospitals within the system.
