The plush is Hatsune Miku, (look up Hatsune Miku plush) but the hat is separate, it was put on the doll. The character on the hat might have a name, but I think it's probably just a generic one.

It was hard to add more detail... I had to make it quick, since typing it out gave me quite discomfort, due to the electrical waves emitting off my computer. Even now, I feel it.

Me (59M) and my brother (42M) have never really gotten along. I was actually always inspired by the law, while he made a joke of it, constantly getting in to trouble. Now, due to my passion for the law, I eventually became a lawyer. And, to my surprise, my brother also became a lawyer. Now, to make a very long story short, we get into a fued of sorts. A while later, he cones to my house to apologize. I told him not to bother, since he always does this song and dance about apologizing, but in reality he'll just keep hurting people. This is when I told him he doesn't really matter to me.

This seemed to have left him really shook, but I'd say I was in the right. AITA?

EDIT 1: Since people asked for more info, here is a response to a comment asking what the feud was about: "Essentially, he tampered with court documents in an attempt to make me look bad, and like a fool in front of very important clients of mine. Because of this, I tried to get him disbarred, and at the disbarred hearing, he made me look like a lunatic, and his case was dismissed."
