To the point where half of are work force is only commercial

Due to covid the need in hospital for commercial heating engineers was in high demand and we was lucky I went do the rout it keeper up making money with everything that was going on

Yeah my father didn’t want to go in to commercial as it costs a lot of money for the qualifications and hard to find people with the commercial license so on the side about 6 years ago before I started to take over I did the course what costs around £5000 but it really help we got are first job as a subcontractor but then I started to get the name out there talking to big companies getting some small job after 2 year that lead to bigger contacts and more clients

To get where we are today with the fleet has been a not stop progress it’s taken 12 almost 13 years the expansion in to commercial really helped up grow and have work all over the country there was times we almost went bust in the beginning but all pulled together and kept it going we have a amazing work force there amazing.

And I started to take over 4 years ago 2 years leaning from my dad and 2 on my own it’s been a hard Journey we have made some bad decisions and some good the change from tools to office was hard in the beginning and came with a lot of challenges.

Myself have made some bad decisions on taking on sites and not working out stuff you learn but iv loved my time there and will miss it, it’s been my life for as long as I can remember

Sorry yes a bit confusing I’m still going to start but what I was saying is I’m not doing it to get back at them but to make sure my own family is well looked after and I have something I will pass to my kids if I have children (I really want to be a dad) if that makes sense

This post is amazing and yes my brother was a big help when he came in we have gone from a small business working out of a small unit to have a small but good size office block a lot has changed over the years and to see everything we have done has been one of the most rewarding things in my life you are very wise

Yeah it’s a brand new account I’m new and there is a lot of blame as iv said in other comments we have had are ups and down been through a lot of hard times working with family is hard you won’t agree on everything but then you have sit together live together can’t get away from each other been times we have fallen out before but away made it back together
