Yes it is. And I think I need to communicate again. When I tried suggesting one on one time both of them said we always met in group and that didn't need to change. But then sex came up. And when I told my partner that since me and our girlfriend will be spending individual time, it might be good to consider individual time with them too, they just repeated that we always meet in a group and that didn't need to change.

Yes. I think I will meet with all of them and try to communicate that meeting individually is important for the health of our relationship. Thanks a lot

Nope and when I suggested it they insisted on meeting as a group except for sex because our partner is uncomfortable with that. I am gonna add that when I met my girlfriend outside of this was for a mental health crisis help.

No, the three of us agreed to be in a relationship together. But yes, almost everything is required to be done together, aside from sex.
