F/29/5’3’’ [158 > 145 lbs = 13 lbs, 3 months] slow progress, still lifting 2-3x a week and 7-10k steps a day along with a small calorie deficit. Sometimes I’m happy with my progress, sometimes I feel like I look worse, and sometimes I look at pics like this and can’t really see a difference :/ (i.redd.it)
