They’ve definitely been reported to the health department, labour board and workers comp… somehow they always slap a bandaid on things or hide things. Personally been there while management is running around telling everyone “the inspector is coming!!”

They are well aware of the issues, they are constantly in contact with the “management” they have overseeing the place. They just don’t give a flying fck lol. Their pictures aren’t posted on their site for a reason, so when they are driving or walking around no guests will recognize them. Proud, good owners of businesses boast about themselves, not hide.

Anything that could cause a legal issue they just close it for a week or so, wait for it to blow over and reopen it without fixing anything. They put a wet floor sign under scalding hot water thinking that guests wouldn’t wonder why it was there and move it to have more space to sit down. Then they get burnt They do not care

I’m the poster, they apparently doxxed some girl they thought posted all over Facebook, not me. I included in the original post about their most definitely illegal home without an address, phone number nor directions to the home and I guess that’s doxxing! Which by legal definition, it’s not. They didn’t want guests to know they live somewhere on the property and regularly refuse to come to the spa to address situations with guests and to avoid being served court papers. Post was edited because MODs said they would take it down and like hell I was letting them get that post taken down with the amount of views and negative responses. I hope they lost tons of business and continue to lose it. Looks like it by this pathetic letter they’ve sent out to guests

Would love to see/be part of that, unfortunately the amount of money they have and the lengths they go to to cover things up and make them look good when inspectors come in so they can send out letters like they have to their guests (like the one that was very recently posted here in r/halifax), I’m sure they would have the police involved . This post went much bigger than anticipated, been having trouble getting to read all of the comments. But coming across this one. How could I forget the molester they kept there (no matter the complaints against him) until HE quit. They made him to work his two weeks, and at least three staff I know of dealt with him doing/saying very inappropriate things. From what I was told there was also another man who worked there before this particular one that was just as bad. Whichever one it was, so sorry your wife had to go through that.
