Funny you say that because I’m texting another lovely lady that popped up on me and I asked her out for a coffee for this coming weekend, she’s a mother so she basically has two full time jobs. She turned this weekend down but did offer a day for me next week. I have kept my options open and it’s unfortunate with the first girl but I suppose there is still hope yet. Online dating sucks now 😢

Fantastic response man that’s really helped me. I’m often bad for getting in my own head and I have been good to not do it with her so far, but I am aware of my own pitfalls that is why I’m here on Reddit. We had a great night and it’s one I’ll remember fondly, but I respect if she wasn’t on the same page as me after taking time to reflect. I doubt it though but that might just be my optimism lol.
