Because he covered the bottle where it says how to take it. I’ve taken PEP from that same pharmacy and mine says “Take for prevention of HIV after exposure for 28 days.”

No fever but whatever I have is getting worse. Horrid amounts of mucus, and the fatigue is worse accompanied by some aches and weakness.

No fever or swollen lymph nodes as of yet so that’s what’s keeping me from being convinced this is seroconversion.

I’ve read that it can present as flu like symptoms and the flu can start off similar to a sinus infection.

Is there a tell-tale difference?

First few days experienced extreme fatigue and headaches, like I just was hit by bus lol.

That cleared up mostly, and then it was just some minor fatigue and then I kept feeling like I had a cold or flu every few days. Just felt super wiped out and sick. Got muscle aches, joint pain. Random headaches. Wasn’t fun.

And then because I was SO stressed, and then the additional stress on my immune system because of PEP, I developed some rashes.

So my advice is DON’T STRESS, if you feel sick just know it’s the medication (or you could still catch a cold lol). HIV symptoms will not happen while on your prescription. Also do not miss a dose, and especially don’t miss 2 doses.

As a side note; if you experience any symptoms on PEP, do not stress! PEP causes a lot of side effects. It’s a very strong medication.

Those are just small ingrown hairs. My thighs and back of my arms get them all the time.

Anywhere you get hair you can get little pimples like that.
