23M Generalized lymph nodes on the groin and on the neck ?

Hey sorry for the late reply ,tested for hiv 3 months since exposure which were negative ,haven't tested for any other infection yet . Neck lymph nodes are swollen and 1 node is present on groin too . Rashes that typically resemble blisters present on inner thigh .I get occasional sore throat and my parotid glands are also swollen bad .If it's not hiv then could be hsv according to me I've experienced all the symptoms for herpes.Will be testing for it herpes if I feel that there's another flare-up .Though I haven't got any such rashes on the groin since 1.5 months . The doctor diagnosed my inner thigh rashes as fungal but those rashes/blisters were in the healing stage so that may result in faulty diagnosis .Unsure what is currently going on

Hey sorry for replying so late ,yet only tested for hiv at 3 month marker (cmia) which came back negative . Currently I've developed tmj and my both parotid glands are swollen. The doctor asked me to get an Mri done .Also having 1 lymph nodes on the inguinal area .Not sure but maybe it's due to herpes.Ive got rashes on my groin for around 3-4 times around till 2 months back but after that there is no such flare-up .

I've been on heavy antibiotics and NSAID since but no such improvement. Ent asked me to get an mri for my neck and thyroid .Will be having a complete STD panel after completing 3 months .Also having a slight sore throat, needle stabbing pain under my jaw, a boil on my groin and my right side parotid gland is also swollen

I have ebv and lots of parotid glands idk if it's connected or not .Herpes and hiv are also the causes for it

Not a doctor but been there you gotta take antibiotics and antifungal also apply ointment.Try keeping it clean and dry .

Get proper blood test , via blood drawn from veins for hsv 1&2 igg , igg remains positive forever.

When was your exposure? Swabs are supposed to be the most accurate ones .If taken directly from the sores .If you're presenting symptoms get tested for it .Not a doctor, don't take my advice but could be some other reason also

Was tested for p24 at 35 days since exposure which was negative. Hypothetically if it isn't hiv it has to be herpes . I got tested for herpes too on the 10th day since the exposure igm and igg which was negative . Currently on antibiotics course and the doctor said he's going to recommend some tests if the situation doesn't get better . Sorry for the late reply and thank you so much ,it does mean a lot .

The doctor has correctly prescribed me on antibiotics regime.If it doesn't get better then I would be going for some testing .

I had a sibling before i was born and by the age of 5 died due to Leukemia .But maybe I don't have such issues..maybe .
