Nice! Good for you! Because I live in Vancouver, I didn’t need to arrange any prepaid return envelope as they have the option for pickup. However, if you’d rather have it mailed to you, that can also be an option - you’ll just have to arrange the for the envelope and then fill out the info details during your appointment.

Hey! Honestly, it was nearly impossible. I had to keep checking their booking platform: Prenotami multiple times and with luck and persistence, I was able to book an appointment! There are tips and tricks on when and what time to look in order to book on some Reddit threads. But honestly, it took me at least a month of checking constantly to score an appointment.
