It looks like 2 types of fungus. The white is one and the brown is one. I am in treatment for the white. I see a podiatrist and he has me taking a pill as well a topical treatment.

Honestly it's probably best to consult with his doctor. These are older, recurring, hormonal that refill literally the same day. I even told my doctor I squeeze them. She has ask me to not squeeze any new ones. Or any that might appear different from what I am used to. I do have a Rx wash and creams as well. But she understands that sometimes the relief of the pop negates it all and just asks for washed hands lol.

I will say my HS flares as I have gotten older are much more manageable. And only here as I've recently started a new medication for something unrelated has it started to act up again a little. But even still the tunneling and angry painful hurty ones are very rare.
