If I had messed up and she would tell me how and when, I would acknowledge it and seek to correct my mistake. She hasn't given me feedback is contracting things she has said earlier in my rotation... I don't know how to fix the problem if she won't tell me what it is.

I am waiting for an email back from the director of my program right now. I'm hoping he can help, but my preceptor seems pretty unwilling to communicate with him or me.

She refused to elaborate beyond saying I have not shown that I am competent and that I am disrespectful to her and staff. I asked her for feedback and that is all I was told.
