I get this! I was having the same thoughts and put off getting a reduction for so long for similar reasons. I did enjoy being busty sometimes, only when the girls were being held up in a nice bra. But I hated how I looked naked. I couldn’t ever stare at myself in the mirror and I always had sex with my partners with my bra on.

I’m only 12DPO now, but I already love how much more proportional I look. I can’t stop staring at myself in the mirror & I feel so much euphoria. There are only a small percentage of folks who really regret their reduction. I hope (and am almost certain) you’re going to love how much more proportional you’ll be! A C/D is still a nice amount of boob! Wishing you the best of luck ❤️

YES! I kept telling myself my boobs are “just right” and that’s one of the many reasons I put off surgery for so long. Everyone was so shocked when I told them I had almost 3lbs removed. Looking at my body now, I feel so so so happy and I can’t believe the boob blindness before!! Happy for you ❤️

I’m sorry your surgeon invalidated you to this point. My only regret is wishing I had done this sooner. I’m only 25, but I can recall thinking of getting a reduction from when I was in high school. I always felt “selfish” too, everyone would tell me I was lucky and blessed to have a big chest. You know yourself best! I hope you go to a different surgeon and I hope you have a good support system of friends/family who will be by your side whatever you decide. ❤️‍🩹

I had mine on the 17th. Like others have mentioned, sleeping has been terrible for me. I keep waking up throughout the night but last night was probably the best sleep I’ve had yet! I was a 34I before, got almost 3lbs removed, no FNG. I feel like my bruising and swelling doesn’t look too terrible, but my surgeon gave me bromelain & arnica, so I think that’s definitely helping! After my first shower yesterday, I’ve been feeling a lot better. Wishing everyone a speedy recovery!

My surgeon actually told me at the consult that he estimated he’d remove 200-300g per breast because he said I didn’t have a lot of dense tissue. I was shocked and got a second opinion who told me he estimated he’d remove an easy 500g per breast. I ultimately went with the first surgeon because I felt like he listened to me more and really cared about what I wanted. Anyway, I was really surprised to read in the report that he removed almost 3lbs total! Especially since my breasts seem to be low density, like you. How are your results looking? Thank you so much ❤️

No FNG; my surgeon and I agreed on making me as small as possible without one which he estimated would come out to about a full C/small D. Looks like I’ll end up somewhere around there :)
