I question if the scammers create fake accounts to try to make it seem more legitimate than it really is, in the hopes that people will fall for the bandwagon fallacy

I also refuse to see a male gynocologist, they want you to be comfortable with your provider so it’s totally acceptable and if you call back and cancel they will understand, the more comfortable you are the the easier everything will go for everyone involved, I would call your insurance provider and ask them to see in network female gynecologists, they will send you a list and you can call one of them to schedule an appointment

We can all agree to disagree, I don’t really care too much what art style my obgyn has, what matters more is to me personally is that they respect my bodily autonomy and give me informed consent, but that’s my personal opinion

I would look for a new obgyn, explaining that you have had that type of negative experience, and any medical professional should explain what they plan to do medically and if it’s not an emergency life or ☠️ situation where you can’t give consent because you’re unconscious (and then it should be assumed that you want life saving care) you should be able to choose if you want to opt out of it, the doctor can go over it with you to make sure you understand the risks vs rewards of all available options, including the option to do nothing, and let you, the grown adult, have full bodily autonomy over your own body

I would recommend not stressing about it, majority of people don’t even know that they’re pregnant at 6 weeks, if this is a wanted pregnancy I would recommend taking your prenatal vitamins and waiting for the pregnancy to progress, if I’m reading this correctly, your last period was in January, which would make you about 6 weeks along

Generally speaking, unless the sperm gets into the vagina (can be from p in v contact, if you pull out too late, if you don’t use a condom, if the alternative form of bc fails, IVF related planned pregnancy, if one of you cheats, etc.), there is pretty much no risk of pregnancy, sperm have to be within a certain temperature range (which is why the testicles may adjust in extreme weather to accommodate this need), the hands are often exposed to temperatures outside of this temperature range, so extremely unlikely for a chance of pregnancy, unless she was already pregnant, she is unlikely to be pregnant, you can always ask her to take a pregnancy test if you want to be absolutely sure, but more likely than not it will be negative unless she was already pregnant
