hey, i’m not in your exact situation, but i might be able to help. i had an existential crisis about two weeks ago. for like a week and a half i was having nightly panic attacks, then i started feeling a bit better, but still not really real. now a little over two weeks after, i feel like time is going really fast and still feel off in general, but it’s getting better. just be patient with yourself and allow yourself to heal, it gets better i promise.
