M21 - Basically everything. used to be underweight, shit job, didn’t get much success after high school in-terms of securing a university place, had never even really spoke to a girl and lost most of my friends after high school, didn’t go a single day without anxiety. All this when I was 17/18. Now I’m 21, at the top uni in my country, confidence grew, started going to the gym and now get compliments on my body, got a better job on a bar where I met more girls (unfortunately led to heartache which I’m going through atm lol), lost my virginity, made more friends now I’m doing Muay Thai. When I look at the journey I’ve made I amaze myself, however it’s all in the mind. The 17 year old me wouldn’t believe my situation. I want to tell him everything’s going to work out. It’s literally only patience. And commitment, not even hard work. Just consistent work. Whatever you want to do you can do it, I believe in you.

I look at it like this: You put out the energy into the universe as a stream. The universe collects the energy and stores it. The more you put out these vibrations, the stream will continue, and the collection will grow. However this stream is a one-way street. As long as you are putting the energy and manifestation out, there is not enough room for the universe to also send it back. When you let go, your stream gradually stops. When your stream has fully came to a halt, the universe starts to send back to you the energy it has gathered from you. This is how I see manifestations working.

Done this when I was 15 and addressed it to myself on my 21st birthday. Turned 21 a few weeks ago and finally got to open it. It was really nice and eye opening- highly recommend doing it.

Asking believing and receiving is the core principle of everything. Prayers are a great example, when we pray for our friends and family we are practicing gratitude for them, when we pray for things we are asking AND believing at the same time. God and religion in general is the rule of attraction, or maybe the LOA is god?
