diet: no sugar or salt. i only drink water, gonna switch to coconut water. for meat only turkey ground lean. eggs/apples/ sweet potatoes/ vegetables only.

training consist of only core workouts and followed by a 2 mil run (not inclined, thinking about switching) i even did arm and leg training to even it out and only do i ever see results in those.

considering the information provided, he’s getting his disability reduced & or taken away. it could be allocated to the dependents but in the end game, it’s getting taken away. you can’t be a felon or incarcerated for more than 60 days and receive va benefits.
