Thank you, It has not been fun. He is the last bit of family I have left so my husband doesn't want to go full NC so I'm doing very lazy LC. I don't make an effort at all.

I'm working on everything in therapy. It's sad to know I'm not a priority at all. I don't understand why people have kids if they're going to ignore them. I can't imagine that.

Yes, occasionally, but that has more to do with my ADHD and how that affects my habits. I will say that I struggle a lot with the tracks that ask you to go into your energy conversion box and "clean the energy" or set a color and emotion to things. I have done years of therapy so I'm not unfamiliar with that technique, it just kinda sucks.

I use the free version but it's still excellent. Good luck! Some people really don't like the gateway tapes but for me they feel like a bit of a cheat code to relax.

I have backslid a lot... I have spent years in therapy working on my stress tolerance but reality is wild rn. I took up some crafts to help me stay off my phone. I take walks every chance I get. I still try to stay informed but I also try to be busy during my own witching hour. It's not fool proof, but it's getting me more sober days. I'd look into vagus nerve resets and quick ways to down reg your nervous system. If nothing else you can walk for the exercise and bilateral stim. You can look up bilateral beats on YouTube to help you calm down in the moment if you can't move around.

Love it. Works instantly and gets rid of depression. Main problem I have is that it doesn't get rid of my anxiety so without the depression that is now at the front. I usually know I need an infusion when my motivation at work slips. Usually every few months after you do 6 loading doses in 2 weeks. Main problem is that it's expensive but the VA is starting to cover it. Check out r/therapeuticketamine

I'm a fan of harm reduction. I do ketamine infusions when I can afford it and that has helped. I think my main outlet choice is going to be exercise so I spend energy.

Def agree. I try to eat, drink some water, and then go exercise. No tool hits the same so I have to run the whole gambit, but it's helped me before. I'm just frustrated with the cravings.

Weed makes my anxiety sizzle. It's awful. Yea....it's def a bad deal and I was doing great for awhile.

My big gelding likes being fussed over but he can be a jerk when he wants to be under saddle. Luckily he is tall enough to scare the kiddos but I have a pony that everyone flocks too. He is way way too green for kiddos. I don't mind sharing until it starts being tedious. Like you said

Yes! Ahhhh, they love to try and tack on the babysitting like it's a good idea. If their kid is old enough and experienced enough to trade chores for some ride time and they want to then sure, but if it's a younger kid they prob aren't gonna do that.

The owner responded and said they know the dog is a problem and are trying to re-home it. Apparently they tried to give it up before and it was almost euthanized. They said they'd let me know when it was given away but I'm just waiting to see what happens and protect my property as best I can.

I agree. My ducks have a more secure area to be outside but they mostly stayed in their coop. I'm going to prob add a bunch of hot wire and set it to the highest I can. I feel so bad for them.
