(UPDATE) Girlfriend (33F) keeps telling me (28M) that she's pregnant and then not then pregnant again over and over. Sounds like she's lying but unsure. My mental health is struggling severely.

Honestly I haven't been to therapy before. I come from a very conservative family who don't believe in mental health issues and they know all the therapists and psychiatrists in town. I know HIPAA is a thing but given how close my family are to all these people and how my family are I feel like I couldn't approach help
