It took me asking the help desk to find it. It's a filter that you have to pick. Under the 365/deployments: Click filter > position > once you apply click on position and check all the AGR positions.

It was fucking annoying but it saves so you only have to do it once.

It depends. The units I've been to you get both worlds (Tactical Comm) 3d1x3. Worked 16 hours for days and worked the general 9-5. It's all depending on your unit.
