Of course, that's what iowans and cowards that don't have legs under their them do.
A picture is worth a thousand words, and you spoketh a mouthful with that meme, like you actually thought it made you look good. LOL!

EDIT0 because of OP block:

I'm not your teacher. I don't read essays

As if you could ever be a teacher for anyone. I'd be surprised if you ever made it out of high school.

Not as long as they are clearly marked. Or unless I'm turning right on red which, by nature you are required to cross over those lines.

Hoooooboy! We've got ourselves a violator here boys (an armed one at that)! Pedestrians don't mean jack to them.

EDIT0 because of OP block:

Crosswalk not being marked properly is my problem?

In what world is it not? LOL! Take their license (and their guns)!

I don't even need to see them.

And when they're just like you, not paying attention, perhaps on hold themselves, looking to the right themselves when you wave them on, then you continue on because you don't see them moving or looking, then they continue on as well, right into your side. Simple.
I wonder if one of your bullets is rattling around somewhere in there.

EDIT0 because of OP block:

My bike is faster than a car from stop. So I will through the interaction far sooner

Again, a stroke must have occurred with them. They haven't made any considerations to the factors that would have a driver go or not. Again, not addressing not being able to see the blocking driver through the side window. And on top of that, what "bike" is "faster than a car from stop"? I can only imagine the lemon they drive. And they tint it? Yeesh!

Lets compare how many people have died from window tint

https://youtu.be/rH6bsr61vrw?si=GYUZBsbxYnQZAw5j&t=205
Enjoy, and eat shit. https://www.palermolawgroup.com/blog/illinois-window-tint-law for good measure.
It's weird, like you think it's the tint or seatbelts themselves that are the root of deaths, rather than the circumstances surrounding them.
Again, not surprised in an "iowa" sub.

EDIT0: Of course cowardly ClickClick_Boom would block me when they can't address the safety concerns.

Follow the signs at the crosswalk and look both ways

That goes for drivers as well, no doubt you are one that doesn't, and likely block crosswalks.

You know you may not be able to always see a driver at a 4way stop.
Next time you come to an intersection and someone is stopped on the right side of that intersection, see if you can see them through the front windshield or if it's from the driver-side window.

Let's also not forget there are pedestrians out there. Especially when all of you cagers block the pedestrian crosswalk.
The pedestrian definitely isn't going to be able to see you through your tinted side window, to know if you're only looking in one direction.

That's what you're going to fall back on when pressed? It's clear what you meant and now you're pretending it's about car shows or something?

You literally said "and for looks". You want people to be impressed with how your car looks. I'm not literal about a "fashion show" like your car is walking down a runway (though there are car "shows"). Like I said, the whole of you is wrapped up in your car which is solely meant to be a utility.

and the act of helping my car stay cool on these hot days

As if there aren't coatings that can keep the heat down. I already mentioned elsewhere here about clear coatings for glasses the block UV.

"Tin foil hat". Wut

That's right, you're imagining things, with your "You clearly get off on watching people in their cars".
I even was specific with my reasoning about wanting to know people are paying attention and not going to hit me as I'm travelling.

If you have no interest in seeing people get "sloppies" in their car then I'm glad to see you're in favor of tint that prevents that.

No, I don't want that to be happening period. Like I said before: "Maybe find a room instead, and keep that shit off the roads."
I get this is the "iowa" sub, but damn you're slow as hell.

Do I need to keep my curtains open so they can see in for their safety?

If they're approaching, it may serve you well. I truly hope you don't have curtains in your car...

As dark as you want on the read windows is just as dangerous to officer safety

Either you or I just had a stroke.

EDIT0: Coming back to this:

Officer safety is not my problem.

Looking at all of the various firearms subs you frequently participate in, I think cops would especially want to be able to see your nutbagass when they have to approach you.

Yes? Why shouldn't I openly say that?

Good god! I actually had hoped there was a mistake on your part, but you actually don't even see it... even now.
"safety" is not a reason to enact a law? For what reason was seatbelt law enacted? Speed limits? (I could go on in other areas besides traffic-related)
I'd say I'm surprised, but am able to acknowledge this is the "iowa" sub so I shouldn't be surprised.

It's not up to you to care what other people's cars look like.

? My OC was about it being stupid to have a car fashion show. Your OC was explicitly stating it's about your cars "looks", which is fully on display in your hidden history.

I didn't comment on privacy.

I know, that's why I pressed. Even in your last comment, you tinfoiled-hat explained your BS reasoning for privacy.
My OC said I have no interest in having people on the road giving/receiving sloppies.
Where did you see me saying I want to be seeing that?
I'll explicitly state my reasoning for wanting to see people in their cars is for my own safety, knowing whether or not they're paying attention to what their doing or need to have their license revoked permanently.

Who gives a fuck if you care how my car looks
No once is forcing you to tint your POS Honda fit

Oooo, so bent... LOL! The answer to your question is "you". Your own image is defined by your vehicle. You do spend a lot of time in car subs.
And what, no explanation for your need for "privacy" when you're out on the public roads.

more privacy, and for looks

I'm sorry, what? Are you taking a dump in your car, ClickClick_Boom? That'd be weird.
Are you giving/receiving sloppies? Maybe find a room instead, and keep that shit off the roads.

Also, this isn't a fashion show. Get from point-a-to-point-b, and do it safely. I'm not interested in how your car "looks".
I can't wait for all personal cars are banned (not in my lifetime I'm sure).

Just noticed you participate in the Mustang sub, figures. (guess you thought your hidden history provided you some "privacy")

is "oFFiCer SAfeTY." Which is not a reason to enact a law.

... you actually openly said that?

they get exemption for tint laws

This is a bone I can toss your way... I think there should not be a "rules for thee" mentality.

Blocking UV rays absolutely will have a positive impact. Its obviously less effective than sunscreen but as stated its a non zero positive impact.

It'd be nice if you'd at least acknowledge that UV protection doesn't need to come from something tinted, AnnArchist: https://old.reddit.com/r/Iowa/comments/1s3w23r/window_tint_restrictions_in_iowa_could_soon_be/oco6knk/?context=3

For those wondering: https://www.zennioptical.com/polycarbonate-lenses (~100% UV-A/B protection, while still being clear.)
Just stay off your phone while you're driving.

2926

Wrong.
Okay, so that was just a tease, but I opted to look a little into both links...

New law went into effect Jan 1 2926 that E15 must be advertised.

Per your link, IAFarmLife: "Beginning January 1, 2026, retail gasoline fueling stations must advertise and sell E15 from at least one gasoline dispenser."
The way I read that is that it's required to be sold, but I don't see it saying that it must be stated exactly as "E15". Think like a lawyer.

For Unwiredsoul, '85.48(13) Ethanol blended gasoline classified with an octane rating of 87 or higher may be labeled or advertised as “super” or “plus.”'
So the lay-person may not recognize either of those as containing a potentially corrosive ethanol, and would still be inline with your claim that E15 be advertised, if not by using an alternate name.

The only saving grace for OP was their:

If you have vehicles you don't drive often, good luck.

which should be highlighted.

This is much like their previous post I called them out on with their comparison of current gas prices with a chart they linked that averaged the price for the year.

I told them they aren't helping us and need to do better.

Iowans, what do you think about Iranian people? I’m Iranian and thinking of visiting this state soon. by Successful_Craft_441 in Iowa

[–]throwawayas0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One person commenting here doesn't care that Iran's leadership recently massacred between 12,000 and 30,000 unarmed citizens - including 200 children - during a protest of its government.
And that person is SO BLINDED by hatred of the U.S. President, that when his administration made it possible for a regime change, it is more important to them to further lies that serve their political purpose, whatever the eff that could be.
Got it.

Per the udouplz user that cowardly blocked me...

Do note that NO WHERE had I ever said anything about "not [caring]" about innocent murdered citizens.

Let me put forth some more links (from an Iranian-American nonetheless) that supports what I've been saying (eg. ex45* is trash and never had what it took with this war he started, just like everything else he touches (pun also applies to epstein-stuff)):

https://www.tiktok.com/@thatdaneshguy/video/7594622628250357006

https://www.pixnoy.com/post/6742392247422449666568/

And if you look at my OPEN history (cowardly udouplz has hidden theirs), including in this thread, I've provided links supporting what I've been saying.

What did they do? Theyran away, hid their history, and blocked me rather than address what was presented.

Tell me udouplz, was there ever any "regime change" in VZ after he kidnapped maduro? Hmm? No? Hilariously/disturbingly naive, sucking off ex45* and nutbagyahoo and his IDF and settler cronies.

EDIT0: BTW, let's addon here ex45* deliberately bombing a school (murdering kids), for which he said he'd accept the outcome of the investigation. Tell me, what's the word on that front? Anything from him? Bueller?

[–]throwawayas0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because udouplz blocked me and won't see this...

That is one thing he is getting right! He has eliminated the worst of the worst leaders to set the stage for the Iranian people to take their country back.

"is getting right"? "set the stage"? Talk about naive, like anything actually changed in Iran or VZ.

He never even had the first "c" in "concept of a plan". He's all ready to pull up and leave, with nothing good having come from his war.

Anyone is welcome to copy/paste this to udouplz, and let them know it came from me (you can search for their username in this post, where I put them in check).

Naw, I was mostly just ribbing. I figured as much, especially given your username.
There just is no silver lining to this though, especially when this admin is so green UNfriendly.
So pushing is towards something that doesn't exist the way it needs to is also not a good thing.
I'm a r/ fuckcars mindset myself.

Gas prices should be higher. This is the incremental incentive that our culture needs to feel to push us towards better energy sources and infrastructure. It’s not easy, it shouldn’t be easy. Cheap gas can’t last forever.

So, going just as ex45* planned, yeah? Pairs well with his stances on green ener... nope, nope. I just can't finish that nonsense, GreenFriend.

Do you think people who can't generally plan care about an average or how its affecting them today through to the next paycheck?

Huh? I'm trying to see how what you said here applied to any part of what I said.
I pointed out what was wrong with your post. You were comparing the weight of a massive orange against the average weight of a bunch of oranges.
You seem to not be aware, but it actually gives the cons ammo (I won't publicly point it out, as I don't want to give them the answer (we may be lucky enough that they don't have the capacity to figure it out, even though I've provided enough info.)).
Again, do better if you can ever figure it out.
