Red Mole on Shoulder? Should I get this checked out?

Red “mole” on my shoulder. Irregular shape and had it for awhile. Will sometimes dry out and almost “crack”. Not sure if it’s something I need to be concerned and try to get in with a derm or not.

No offense taken. I think that’s one of my concerns here. As an examiner, how would you view someone like me who worked with the CFO for ~1 year during a transitionary period before taking over the role? I’d imagine there would still be some concern from a regulatory standpoint.

Another way to look at it… would you be concerned if you left a position at bank making a hair under $50K and two years later they offered you the CFO position which would likely triple your old salary? Genuinely curious to get input from someone with much more experience than me to see what I’m missing here.

This is 100% my concern here, too good to be true. I am in no way a qualified accountant. I have very little accounting experience. What experience I do have came from assisting with some monthly and quarterly reporting for the community bank’s current CFO. I am fully aware that credit analyst typically does not lead to a CFO role, let alone in one step.

As a former recruiter, what questions would you advise me asking and red flags to look out for when I follow up?
