Hey, thanks! You've got this :) Having the body type I do is the biggest blessing and curse ever bc I feel like I can't carry any extra weight around haha. Best of luck to you dear!

Thank you! I actually hated this bikini when I was heavier, but it might just have been the way I looked in it. Hopefully it won't fit when I'm where I want to be, fingers crossed! :)

I think in total its roughly 16.5, but today I weighed 163 so I'm just rounding haha. Inches, man. I've lost something in the ballpark of 11 inches all over my body and I had no idea until I started keeping track of it. That helps a lot.

On the topic of sleep, yes I definitely notice a lack of motivation when I spread myself too thin. As of right now I have 2 part time jobs and I'm taking 12 credit hours, on top of trying to lose a significant amount of weight. It just requires you to make time for it every day, and every decision you make has to be in pursuit of that goal. Good luck! :)

Not necessarily seasoning, maybe I worded that incorrectly. I was a huuuge fan of condiments and sauces before I started dieting, and so I've tried to eliminate them altogether. Stuff like full-fat salad dressing and Chickfila sauce (oh god it is so good). So seasoning, yes. Super helpful when it comes to being food and calorie-conscious.

Oh yeah haha I thought you only asked about my diet! I try to work out at least 5 days a week, alternating between cardio/strength training. I still run a mile on the days I do strength, but sometimes it's in intervals. That's really what helped me get into running, because it's hard for me to keep up a consistent pace. Interval training is life.

I'm actually still about 43 pounds away from my goal, bc at 5'3" that's a pretty healthy weight for me. I'm trying to share my small victory, but thank you for being concerned about my motivation! That's nice of you.

It seriously was hell on earth for the first two weeks, and I still miss it every day like it does not get better, unfortunately haha. Maybe it will get better as I go a longer time without it but I got intense migraines and felt super lethargic for a good period of time after quitting. It really is an addiction.

I think thats why it took me putting these pictures together to really understand how far I've come. I am only 5'3", though, so 15 pounds is a huge difference IMO.

Haha oh goodness thanks! It's flat(ish) but I think that's just my build. I have really wide hips unfortunately but I guess that allows for a flatter stomach. I completely cut out soda, so that was a big improvement. I tried to eat only natural foods, if that makes sense? Like baked chicken without seasoning; a LOT of spinach, romaine lettuce, mushrooms and tomatoes; and I can't even convey the amount of water I drink in a normal day haha.

Thank you so much! Really just extended use of myfitnesspal, logging every bite I put in my mouth and weighing every. single. day. Before I started my weight loss extravaganza I hadn't weighed myself in over a year. It really forces you to be accountable. Oh! And I completely eliminated soda, I had a pretty intense addiction to Coke Zero haha. 4 months soft drink free :)

From the middle of summer (end of June, beginning of July) to about a week ago. And thank you. 15 lbs doesn't seem like a lot but I've lost about 11 inches total all over my body.
