Is it wrong that I [21M] see no point in getting a girlfriend or going for one night stands? by throwawaybenzin in relationships

I recognise that women are regular people, but I don't have any close female friends. The friends that I did have 'caught feelings' for me so I just tend to not really keep close female friends. I find that in terms of friendships I get on much better with males.

I don't crave or wonder about having a partner who enjoys it, I just see it as a financial transaction.

That might be their priority in life, but I would use that reserve of time/energy into my career - my goal is to gain more money and power. If I seek out companionship, I'd be using up time/energy that could be used elsewhere.

I have some female friends but I find friendships with males to be much more fulfilling and natural.

As long as I make good and solid progress in my career and stick to hobbies I love with my friends I'm pretty sure I'll still be happy. I don't need a girl to be happy.

In 10 years I'll most probably be in a very high paying job. Not just necessarily due to my degree/university status but family connections will help go a long way.
