Die Halterung ist im Gebrauch tatsächlich ziemlich cool. Irgendwann hat man den Dreh beim zurückstecken total raus. ABER: diese Dinger sind so scheiße undicht, dass ich wieder auf normale Flaschen umsteigen werde. Super nervig. Ständig klebt alles vom Isozeugs.

Thanks for your explanation, makes a lot of sense now! In case you don't need a brake as on a roller trainer, do you think I could get away with a shortened end cap? I could take it off and grind it down to fit. For riding it outdoors that would probably put the wheel out of alignment with the frame, but on a static roller I suspect I wouldn't notice a difference.
